Who We Are + What We Do
I’m Heather Hudak, an artist + author + coach + energy healer in private practice in Southern California. Ruth Parson is an artist + writer + retired mental health professional widely sought for her expertise in creating support and community for people living with major mental illness and their families. Together, we are the mother daughter creators of Hopedealer Healing Space.
Hopedealer Healing Space is a collaborative mix of creative tools and teachings honed over decades of our careers; our deep dedication to personal and collective healing; and our hidden talents. Our hidden talents showed up early on to soothe and give us hope. This might be the way of hidden talents, sacred tools to survive the unsurvivable things we experience in life.
Today, our hidden talents weave their way through the intentional and sacred steps of our daily lives. They show up as intuition, a keen ability to sense and tend to energetic imbalances in people, places and things. They give us ears to hear the unspoken words and eyes to see the gem in the shit (always).
Hopedealer Services
We offer a variety of services including integrative wellness coaching, energy healing, and resources for families living with major mental illness and addiction. We are here to support you in making meaningful shifts in your life. Shifts that make a positive impact on your personal health and wellbeing naturally provide benefits that extend out to your family, loved ones, local community and our human collective. You truly can be the change you wish to see in our world!
Hopedealer Shop
Our Hopedealer line of books, sacred self care, and home goods was created to delight your senses and uplift the vibe of your body + mind + soul + home (we’re magic like that). Our monthly (or so) love notes to your inbox will give you a sneak peek at what might be headed to the Hopedealer Shop, but think wellness books + bath salts + wall art + handmade sweet things for all your sacred spaces.
Hopedealer Gallery
Creativity and healing go hand in hand. Part of our Art Heals Project, our Hopedealer Gallery showcases a revolving selection of original art for purchase, with a portion of proceeds benefitting Fountain House Gallery in New York City. Fountain House is an international mental health non-profit fighting to improve health, increase opportunity and end social and economic isolation for people most impacted by mental illness.
Having spent a lifetime immersed in art and more than a decade working at Fountain House, Ruth was instrumental in the creation of Fountain House Gallery. Established as a not-for-profit exhibition space by members and staff in 2000, Fountain House Gallery and Studio provides an environment in which artists living with mental illness can express their creative visions and exhibit their work.
Hopedealer At Home
